the location was excellent and the staff were friendly.
I found dust on the closet shelves and cobwebs in the corners. The room cleaning seemed rushed at times.

The location was AMAZING. It sits just below the castle. Exploring the city was easy, with everything within walking distance. I appreciate that the hotel is located near public transportation.
I found some issues . The bathroom amenities seemed old. I noticed these were not replaced during daily cleaning. the shower water tended to accumulate.

the location was acceptable, a short walk to many attractions.
I found the lack of soundproofing problematic. Street noise was constant at night. it definitely disrupted my sleep and made relaxing difficult. i expected better insulation in such a highly rated hotel.
